Do you listen to psychology podcasts and go to self-development workshops or therapy, but can’t seem to apply all the knowledge and skills to your everyday life? Do you find yourself in the role of therapist to your loved ones and sometimes don’t know how to help? Or do some conversations exhaust you? Do you want to expand your growth a little further?
In this four-day intensive workshop, you will explore significant relationships in your life and learn some practical techniques to heal them. Specific therapeutic tools that you can apply in everyday situations.
Hypnotherapy will be the biggest help, but also other therapeutic techniques. Why hypnotherapy? Our mind wants to protect us at all costs. But sometimes, paradoxically, this prevents us from solving our problems and breaking dysfunctional patterns. In hypnosis or trance, our conscious mind relaxes, and the inner wisdom comes into play. And this is often the key that opens new doors in our lives and moves us where we have long wanted to go but could not.
You will learn to recognize when you or the people you are communicating with are entering a natural trance state. You will be shown how to help someone in a crisis or challenging situation effectively. You will learn how to ask the right questions and smoothly enter into your partner's monologue so that you both shift and feel comfortable with the conversation.
You will learn techniques to help you clear the "emotional buildup" of difficult discussions and situations. You will try out all the therapeutic techniques in both giving and receiving roles, working individually and in groups
The workshop is suitable for anyone who: is experiencing relationship complications, feels that they are not understood, feels they don’t understand someone close to them, feels burnt out or close to.
It is also suitable for those who works with people (care professions, education…), cares for a loved one enjoys self-exploration and wants to grow.
You are very welcome to arrive before the start date and stay with us as a guest. Many of our participants come before the retreat starts or stay after it finishes.

We are located in Brædstrup, the heart of the Danish countryside.
Since 1986, we have been devoted to personal transformation by creating a nourishing space where you feel safe and loved for who you are.
Osho Risk is a not for profit retreat centre, maintained by a community of people living onsite and nearby. We value our own growth and inner maturity and enjoy sharing this with our guests. Our focus is on awareness, inner silence and joy.
We have single rooms available in the newest building at Risk called Rumi House. You will have your own private space and share bathroom with others.
We also have shared rooms for 2 up to 10 people. Each shared room have personal spaces for each guest. We always try to take care of the quality of your sleep, accommodating guests with similar needs in the same room.
Attuned with the cycles of nature, our meals are prepared with ingredients of each season. We aim to use mainly organic food grown by local farmers. All the eggs we use are provided by the neighbour’s free range chickens.
Our cooks care and understand the dietary needs of our guests and it is important that you communicate if you have any requirement, such as allergies or restrictions. Please let us know in advance so that the kitchen can be prepared.

Then, once we get in touch with you, a deposit must be paid to secure your place. You can pay this by card (Visa, Master, Amex), or bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid before the event (card or bank transfer) or upon arrival by card or cash (DKK).
Yes! We offer pickups from the nearest airport Billund for 340 DKK, the train station in Horsens for 140 DKK and from the local bus stop in Brædstrup, free of charge. Please let us know in advance, so we can coordinate with our drivers.
