Reconnect with your Being
Embraced by Osho’s wisdom, Neo Vipassana is a refreshing change to traditional Vipassana practice.
In these 10 days of introspection, Neo Vipassana offers a distinctive approach, maintaining the essence of mindfulness while embracing a softer, nurturing experience.
In this retreat, you’ll gently explore your inner world, embrace acceptance, cultivate peace of mind, and connect with your authentic self.
THE ESSENCE OF VIPASSANA
Vipassana is a simple technique to grow in awareness through the process of watching your natural breathing coming in and going out.
Watching the breath allows your inner watcher to become strong enough to watch everything: your body, your thoughts and your feelings.
When you are alert to your mind it stops chattering. When you are alert to your body you can hear its voice and its wisdom. When you are alert to your feelings you can hear their underlying message.
At its core, Vipassana is not just about what you gain but what you release. Let go of anxiety, tension, and worries as you experience this transformative journey.
NEO VIPASSANA, A MODERN APPROACH
Gentle Schedule
Neo Vipassana maintains the core principles of Vipassana while offering a gentle timetable, ensuring a harmonious blend of mindfulness and comfort.
Active Meditation Support
The Osho Active Meditations of Dynamic and Kundalini and the Evening Meeting are an integral part of the retreat. This active support system aids in the exploration of emotions, providing a compassionate outlet for their processing and release. If anger, sorrow or other uncomfortable emotions bubble up you will be able to process them through these active meditations.
Designed to be accessible to everyone
Whether you are new to meditation or seeking a different experience, this retreat welcomes all levels. The facilitators, Sumito and Hari Om, hold the space in a very loving way and are available to help you move beyond your challenges that may come up in this practice.
You are held by our loving community
We are more than just a retreat center . We are a living community with strong personal connections. Here, even in in the embrace of silence, you will feel well supported on your journey. It is a truly distinct experience, unlike the usual retreat setting at an impersonal venue.
You are also welcome to come and stay here a few days before the course or remain after to process. By staying in our community, you will feel a part of it and experience conscious living together with friends across generations and nationalities.

I truly love the process – it's easy, silent, and a way of giving myself the greatest gift
Vipassana, for me, is an opportunity to simply be with myself. In a busy world, it is a gift, a chance to bypass life’s challenges and just be a witness, to watch without judgment. There is nothing to do but to just be.
It may sound easy, and in a way, it is. However, there are, of course, challenges. The body may protest, and the mind may question and experience pain. The key is to be present with those challenges, to watch them pass, and in doing so, embrace a beautiful sense of peace and love for myself.

I have joined this retreat 2 times and can highly recommend it
Sumito and Hari Om are both very heartful and compassionate people, which add a warm feeling to the Vipassana structure. Like you are hold in a nourishing space, from where you dare to dive inside and see whatever you meet there. During the days there will be Dynamic, Kundalini and Evening Meditation, beside the sittings.
