Sunahla
My work is all about exploring our natural expression from a space of authenticity and presence – in the magic field between silence and sound.
Sunahla grew up in the buddhafield of Osho Risk and has throughout her life been connected to the community in various ways. Since early 2020 she is living at Risk as part of the management involved in daily running of the center.
She is a bodyworker and has received training in arts, film, theater and voice work. Her main voice training is with the Roy Hart Theater, with whom she has studied extended voice work for more than a decade. Her passion lies in the merging field betweens creativity and spirituality, body and being, silence and expression. Embracing and connecting all our polarities as a way of coming home in a relaxed freedom.
Sunahla is holding space for the Osho Risk festivals and is giving workshops in voice work.
